Customer accounts and portal data
If you create an account, we process your verified email address, name, company and optional profile information to provide secure access to enquiries, documents and orders made available to your account. Authentication uses essential session cookies. The portal may not show every transaction connected to your company.
New signed-in RFQs can be linked to your customer account. Earlier or anonymous enquiries are not automatically claimed by matching an email address. Access is limited to the companies connected to your account.
Information processed
A quotation request may contain your name, company, email, phone, country, project reference, message and configured valve lines. Basic technical logs may also be processed to secure and operate the service.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, provide project support, prevent abuse and maintain business records. It is shared only with service providers or suppliers when necessary for those purposes and subject to appropriate controls.
Browser drafts
The valve list is stored in your browser so it remains available while you build an enquiry. Contact and project details are stored only in the current browser session for up to 24 hours and are not sent to FerraForge until you confirm and submit the RFQ. Successful submission, clearing the draft or clearing browser data removes the corresponding browser copy.
The valve list can remain in local browser storage after the browser is closed. If an older saved valve line cannot be moved to the current catalogue identity, a browser-only recovery copy may remain available until site data is cleared.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, resulting business relationship and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction, restriction or deletion, or object to certain processing, by contacting the address above. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and governing law.
